3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability, crew scheduling, and prevailing market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (EGP 228,684) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team and equipment. The remaining 60% (EGP 343,026) shall be settled within fourteen (14) business days following final delivery of all edited content and raw footage.
All Videographer services will be performed by qualified, insured professionals. Nile Vision Media Productions carries comprehensive public liability insurance covering all crew members and equipment operating within Egypt Cairo and its surrounding governorates.
The client agrees to provide at least two (2) weeks' written notice for any changes to the shooting schedule, locations, or creative brief. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled shoot date will incur a 50% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value.
Shooting permits for public locations in Egypt Cairo (including but not limited to the Giza Plateau, Nile Corniche, and Tahrir Square) are the responsibility of Nile Vision Media Productions. Any additional municipal or security fees exceeding EGP 5,000 will be billed separately with prior written approval from the client.
All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Raw footage remains the property of Nile Vision Media Productions unless a separate buyout agreement is executed.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party music licensing, voice-over talent fees, or additional post-production revisions beyond two (2) rounds of creative feedback.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.

4. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Egypt Cairo and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the Quotation Estimate and authorizes Nile Vision Media Productions to proceed with scheduling and preparation.
