3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Videographer rates and availability may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance to secure the Videographer team's schedule. The remaining 50% balance is payable within seven (7) business days following final delivery of all edited materials and raw footage.
3.3 Scheduling & Location: All Videographer services will be performed at the client-designated location within Ethiopia Addis Ababa. If the shoot location requires travel beyond the city limits of Addis Ababa, additional transportation and accommodation costs will be quoted separately and added to this Quotation Estimate upon written approval.
3.4 Revisions: The post-production phase includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles requested by the client will be billed at 5,000 ETB per round and will be appended to the original Quotation Estimate as a supplementary line item.
3.5 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled shoot date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen days or on the day of the shoot will result in a 75% charge of the total Quotation Estimate amount.
3.6 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables (edited video, raw footage, and project files) become the exclusive property of the client. Addis Visual Media Productions retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the shoot.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated restrictions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, severe weather, or civil disturbances.
4. Additional NotesImportant: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating hours (08:00 – 16:00 EAT) in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. Any overtime beyond eight (8) hours will be charged at 50% of the hourly Videographer rate. Drone operation in Addis Ababa requires prior clearance from the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority; our team handles all permit applications at no additional cost to the client, provided the request is submitted at least five (5) business days in advance.
