In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% deposit (EUR 9,180.00 incl. TVA): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's availability for the France Marseille project dates.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 12,240.00 incl. TVA): Due upon completion of all on-site filming and delivery of raw footage to the client for review.
- 30% final balance (EUR 9,180.00 incl. TVA): Due upon delivery of the final edited masters and written client sign-off.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in compliance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, pricing may be subject to revision due to seasonal demand for Videographer services in France Marseille.
5.2 Cancellation: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the first filming date will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in a 50% charge of the total Quotation Estimate value.
5.3 Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the finished video deliverables shall transfer to the client. The Videographer retains the right to use short excerpts (under 15 seconds) in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to prior written notice to the client.
5.4 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting France Marseille coastal filming, government-mandated closures, or natural disasters.
5.5 Insurance & Compliance: Mediterranean Lens Productions SARL holds full professional liability insurance (EUR 5,000,000 coverage) and all necessary French regulatory permits for drone operation, public filming, and commercial videography within France Marseille.
5.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille, France.
