The Videographer team shall commence pre-production activities on 1 July 2025. Principal photography in France Paris is scheduled between 14 July and 18 July 2025, subject to weather conditions and location availability. Post-production and final delivery of all assets are expected to be completed no later than 15 August 2025. Any delays attributable to force majeure events, municipal restrictions in France Paris, or client-requested changes will be communicated in writing and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate for additional days.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in France Paris.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount (€24,168.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's availability and to initiate pre-production.
- The remaining 60% (€36,252.00) shall be invoiced upon delivery of the final edited master and is payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account details provided.
- All intellectual property rights in the final video deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 90-day embargo period agreed in writing.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional filming days, or requests for extra deliverables beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the rates indicated herein.
- The Videographer and all crew members shall comply with all applicable French labor laws, health and safety regulations, and local ordinances governing filming in France Paris, including but not limited to the rules set by the Préfecture de Police de Paris for public space filming.
- In the event of cancellation by the client after the deposit has been paid, the deposit shall be retained as compensation for reserved resources. Cancellation by the Videographer for reasons other than force majeure shall result in a full refund of all monies received.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Paris, France.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms that the scope of Videographer services described herein meets their requirements for the France Paris production, and authorizes Lumière Visual Productions SARL to proceed with the engagement under the terms stated above.
