All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR). The 19% VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) is included in the grand total as required by German tax law (UStG). This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in market conditions, equipment availability, or regulatory requirements in Germany Berlin.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount (EUR 5,117.00 gross) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (EUR 7,675.50 gross) is payable within fourteen (14) days of final delivery of all video assets. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details provided on the invoice.
- Deliverables: The Videographer team shall deliver all final video files, social media cuts, and raw footage (if requested) within twenty-one (21) business days following the completion of on-site filming in Germany Berlin.
- Revisions: This Quotation Estimate includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount will be charged at EUR 250.00 per round (plus applicable VAT).
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final edited video content shall transfer to the client. The Videographer retains the right to include selected clips in their professional portfolio and showreel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled filming date in Germany Berlin will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting outdoor filming in Germany Berlin, government-mandated restrictions, or equipment failure despite reasonable maintenance.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.
- Data Protection: In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), all personal data collected during the production process in Germany Berlin shall be handled in full compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Insurance: The Videographer and all crew members are covered by professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the territory of Germany.
