- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to equipment availability, crew scheduling, or changes in local regulations within Germany Frankfurt.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's availability; 60% balance due within fourteen (14) days of final deliverable acceptance.
- All footage and final edited content shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Our Videographer team retains the right to include anonymised behind-the-scenes stills in its professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional filming days, extended hours beyond the agreed schedule, or scope changes requested by the client will be billed at the hourly rates specified in this Quotation Estimate and require prior written approval.
- The Videographer team shall comply with all applicable German data protection regulations (DSGVO / GDPR) and local filming permits required for operations in Germany Frankfurt. The client is responsible for obtaining any venue-specific permissions or releases from identifiable individuals.
- Drone operations in Germany Frankfurt are subject to EASA and local aviation authority regulations. All necessary permits will be secured by our licensed pilot at no additional cost to the client, provided the flight plan is approved no later than fourteen (14) days before the event.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, public health restrictions, or governmental orders affecting the Germany Frankfurt area, may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The governing law for this engagement is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt am Main.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined above. The Videographer engagement will be formally scheduled upon receipt of the initial deposit.
