- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates are subject to revision based on current Germany Munich market conditions.
- The Videographer retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all raw footage and intermediate work products until final payment in full has been received. Upon receipt of the final balance, all rights to the finished deliverables transfer to the client.
