As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Videographer engagement in Ghana Accra shall be structured as follows:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Videographer services in Ghana Accra may be subject to revision based on market conditions, equipment availability, and crew scheduling.
All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of Accra Visual Productions Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch. Cheques and cash payments will not be accepted for amounts exceeding GHS 5,000.
The Videographer and crew shall adhere to all applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to the Ghana Film Authority Act, 2016 (Act 931), and local municipal by-laws governing filming in Ghana Accra.
Client shall provide reasonable access to all agreed-upon shooting locations in Ghana Accra and ensure that all necessary permissions from property owners or venue managers are secured prior to the filming dates.
Weather-related delays (including but not limited to heavy rainfall common in the Ghana Accra rainy season) may necessitate rescheduling. The Videographer team will notify the client at least 24 hours in advance of any weather-related postponement. No additional charges will apply for one (1) rescheduled day; subsequent reschedules will be billed at GHS 1,500 per day.
All raw footage, intermediate edits, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include selected clips in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to prior written consent from the client.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
Liability: Accra Visual Productions Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered video content. The total liability of the Videographer under this engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under this Quotation Estimate.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Accra, Ghana.
The Videographer team shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance throughout the duration of the project in Ghana Accra. Certificates of insurance shall be provided to the client upon request.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Videographer services to be rendered in Ghana Accra.
