- This Quotation Estimate is issued by PixelCraft Studios Pvt. Ltd., a registered Videographer and video production company based in India Bangalore, and is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.
- A booking advance of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total shall be received via bank transfer to confirm the shoot schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable within seven (7) business days of final video delivery.
- All Videographer crew members, cameras, lighting, and audio equipment listed in this Quotation Estimate are provided by PixelCraft Studios. The client is responsible for securing location access, permits, and any municipal approvals required for filming in India Bangalore.
- Post-production turnaround time is fourteen (14) business days from the date of shoot completion. Rush delivery (within 5 business days) incurs an additional 25% surcharge on the post-production line item.
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the editing and color grading phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at INR 5,000 per round.
- PixelCraft Studios retains the right to use a 15-second excerpt of the final video for its own portfolio and marketing purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the shoot.
- In the event of weather-related delays or force majeure affecting the shoot in India Bangalore, rescheduling will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to crew availability.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign the attached Service Agreement. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Payment is to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to the bank account details provided in the Service Agreement. No cash payments will be accepted.
