All rates quoted herein are specific to operations within India Mumbai and reflect our standard pricing structure for the Mumbai metropolitan region. 1. Scope of Work – Videographer Services

Our senior Videographer team, led by a Lead Cinematographer with over twelve years of experience shooting in India Mumbai, will be deployed for the following deliverables:

Pre-production planning, location scouting, and storyboard development (2 days)
Principal photography for a 5-minute corporate brand film (3 full shooting days)
Multi-camera live coverage of the product launch event at Jio Convention Centre, Andheri East, Mumbai (1 full day, 8 hours)
Aerial drone cinematography over Marine Drive and Bandra-Worli Sea Link (1 half-day, subject to DGCA and local municipal permissions)
Post-production including colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery in 4K UHD and 1080p formats
Delivery of one (1) master brand film, three (3) social media cutdowns (30 sec, 60 sec, 90 sec), and a full event highlight reel (3 minutes)

3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in India Mumbai.
A booking advance of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, i.e., ₹6,46,404, is due within five (5) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the Videographer team and equipment reservation.
The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance shall be payable within seven (7) working days of final delivery of all edited content and master files.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelFrame Studios Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, BKC Branch, Mumbai. Invoice shall be issued upon receipt of each payment.
The Videographer team shall adhere to all applicable Indian labour laws, safety regulations, and municipal by-laws governing filming in India Mumbai. Any additional permits or clearances not listed in this estimate shall be borne by the client.
Weather-related delays (monsoon conditions common in Mumbai) may necessitate rescheduling. In such cases, a maximum of two (2) reschedule days are included at no extra cost. Additional reschedule days shall be charged at the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Client shall provide access to all shooting locations, talent, and props as per the agreed production schedule. Delays caused by the client beyond four (4) hours per day shall be billed at the applicable daily rate.
Intellectual property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the finished deliverables (brand film, cutdowns, and event reel) shall vest exclusively with the client. PixelFrame Studios retains the right to use behind-the-scenes footage for its own portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to client approval.
Revisions: Two (2) rounds of creative revisions are included in the post-production fee. Additional revision rounds shall be charged at ₹15,000 per round.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Mumbai as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

4. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services to be executed in India Mumbai.
