4. Timeline & Delivery Schedule
The Videographer team from Cinelens Studios will commence pre-production meetings within 3 working days of receiving the signed Quotation Estimate. Principal photography is scheduled over 2 consecutive days at the client's designated location in India New Delhi. Post-production, including editing, color grading, and sound mixing, will be completed within 10 working days following the conclusion of filming. 5. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in equipment costs, crew availability, or market conditions in India New Delhi.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking of the Videographer team and secure the shooting dates. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final edited video.
