- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer team's schedule. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) business days after final delivery of the edited video.
- All Videographer services will be performed by qualified professionals registered with Jakarta Visual Productions Co., Ltd. The client reserves the right to request a specific Videographer by name, subject to availability.
- Shooting locations must be confirmed no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled filming date. Any last-minute changes to the Indonesia Jakarta shooting location may incur additional transportation or permit fees.
- The Videographer team will provide one (1) round of revisions on the final edit. Additional revision rounds beyond the first will be charged at IDR 2,500,000 per round.
- All raw footage and project files will be retained by our studio for thirty (30) days after final delivery. The client may request a full data transfer at no additional cost within this period.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated restrictions, or public emergencies in Indonesia Jakarta, may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include talent fees, music licensing, or third-party location rental costs unless explicitly stated in the itemized breakdown above.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-2345678-9, a.n. Jakarta Visual Productions Co., Ltd.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and resolved through the Jakarta District Court.
