Operation of two (2) professional 4K cinema cameras (Sony FX6 / RED Komodo) with full lens kits, operated by a senior Videographer and one (1) assistant camera operator.
Drone aerial cinematography (DJI Inspire 3) subject to Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority permits and local Iraq Baghdad municipal regulations.
Professional audio capture using wireless lavalier and shotgun microphone systems for interviews, presentations, and ambient sound.
On-set lighting packages including LED panels, softboxes, and portable HMI units for both indoor and outdoor shoots in Iraq Baghdad.
Post-production services: color grading, audio mixing, editing, and delivery of final video files in formats suitable for broadcast, social media, and corporate presentation.
Provision of a dedicated Videographer project coordinator who will liaise with the client throughout the production schedule in Baghdad.
Transportation of all equipment and crew via armored vehicle as required by the security protocol for Iraq Baghdad operations.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Videographer team are subject to re-evaluation.

4.2 Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within seven (7) business days of final video delivery.

4.3 All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Baghdad Visual Media Productions, Baghdad, Iraq.

4.4 The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a shoot day in Iraq Baghdad due to force majeure events, including but not limited to security incidents, government-mandated curfews, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, the affected day shall be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.

4.5 The client grants the Videographer team full access to the agreed-upon locations in Iraq Baghdad and shall be responsible for obtaining any additional site-specific permissions not covered under this Quotation Estimate.

4.6 All raw footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include selected clips in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to client approval.

4.7 Any changes to the scope of work, additional shoot days, or extended post-production requirements in Iraq Baghdad shall be documented in a written change order and priced separately before execution.
