4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Videographer rates and availability may be subject to revision.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (ILS 27,187.20) is required to secure the Videographer’s schedule and confirm the booking for the Israel Tel Aviv shoot dates.
- The remaining 60% balance is due within seven (7) business days of final delivery of all edited video files.
- All filming locations within Israel Tel Aviv must be confirmed in writing by the client no later than ten (10) business days prior to the principal photography date. Any last-minute location changes may incur additional travel or permit fees, which will be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The Videographer and crew are responsible for all equipment insurance. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal filming permits required by the City of Tel Aviv or the Israel Film Fund for public or restricted locations.
- Weather-related delays: In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots in Israel Tel Aviv, the Videographer will reschedule at no additional cost, subject to mutual availability.
- All raw footage and project files remain the intellectual property of Levant Visual Media Ltd. until full payment of this Quotation Estimate has been received. Upon clearance, the client receives a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the final deliverables.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include overtime beyond the agreed 10-hour daily shift. Overtime for the Videographer and crew will be billed at 1.5× the standard daily rate, prorated per hour.
- Any additional deliverables, extended edit lengths, or extra revision rounds beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel Tel Aviv.
5. Acceptance
