- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in equipment rental rates and crew availability in Italy Naples.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (€5,704.72) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team and equipment. The remaining 60% (€8,557.08) is payable within fourteen (14) days of final delivery of all media assets.
- Revisions: Two (2) rounds of creative revisions are included in the post-production fee. Additional revision rounds will be billed at €350.00 per round.
- Location Permits: The Videographer is responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits from the Comune di Napoli and relevant municipal authorities. Any additional fees imposed by local authorities beyond the estimated amount in Line Item 07 will be invoiced separately with prior client approval.
- Weather and Force Majeure: Given the outdoor nature of filming in Italy Naples, weather-related delays exceeding four (4) hours will result in a pro-rata charge of €150.00 per additional hour for crew standby. Force majeure events (earthquakes, volcanic activity, public emergencies) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and to submit it for industry awards, subject to a 30-day embargo period agreed upon by the client.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the scheduled filming date incurs a 25% fee. Cancellation within 14 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within 72 hours incurs the full deposit amount.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy.
