The Videographer crew will arrive in Japan Kyoto on July 20, 2025, and the principal photography period will run from July 21 through July 25, 2025. Post-production will be completed within twenty-one (21) business days following the wrap date. All filming will adhere to local regulations, temple photography restrictions, and quiet-hour ordinances specific to the Kyoto metropolitan area. The Videographer team will coordinate directly with the client's on-site representative for daily call sheets and location confirmations.
- Deposit (40%): JPY 1,711,200 due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer crew and equipment booking.
- Progress Payment (30%): JPY 1,283,400 due on the third day of principal photography in Japan Kyoto.
- Final Balance (30%): JPY 1,283,400 due upon delivery of the final edited master and raw footage.
- All payments to be made via international wire transfer to the account details provided in the attached invoice. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and applies solely to the client named above.
- The Videographer retains full copyright of all raw and edited footage until the final balance is received in full.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional locations in Japan Kyoto, or extended post-production requirements will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within 48 hours.
- Force majeure events (typhoons, earthquakes, government travel restrictions) may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
- The Videographer crew is not responsible for third-party intellectual property claims arising from music, trademarks, or likenesses included in the final deliverable unless specifically directed by the client in writing.
- Confidentiality: All footage and production materials related to this engagement in Japan Kyoto shall be treated as confidential until the client grants written release for public distribution.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
