The project involves capturing high-resolution 4K and 8K footage across five distinct locations in Japan Tokyo, including the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, the traditional alleys of Asakusa, the modern architecture of Roppongi Hills, the waterfront at Odaiba, and the serene gardens of Meiji Shrine. Each location presents unique lighting and logistical challenges that our Videographer team is fully equipped to manage.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth production workflow for our Videographer team and your organization:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Videographer team and equipment may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations or availability constraints in Japan Tokyo.
- All filming in Japan Tokyo public spaces requires prior permits from the relevant ward offices (Shibuya-ku, Taito-ku, Minato-ku, Koto-ku, and Shibuya-ku for Meiji Shrine). Our team will handle all permit applications, and any additional municipal fees beyond those listed will be communicated in writing before approval.
- The Videographer team operates a standard 10-hour shooting day (08:00–18:00 JST). Overtime beyond 10 hours will be billed at 1.5× the daily rate. Night shoots (18:00–24:00) in Japan Tokyo require separate lighting packages and will be quoted as a supplement.
- Weather-related delays in Japan Tokyo (typhoon warnings, heavy rain, extreme heat above 38°C) will trigger the contingency buffer (Item 10). If the buffer is exhausted, rescheduling will be at no additional cost to the client, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Sakura Global Media Inc. upon full payment. Our studio retains the right to include selected stills in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include music licensing, voice-over talent, or third-party stock footage. These items may be added as a supplement upon written request.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with jurisdiction in the Tokyo District Court.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services to be performed in Japan Tokyo as described herein. The production schedule will be confirmed within five (5) business days of signed acceptance.
