Almaty Visual Media Productions is a full-service production house specializing in corporate videography, event coverage, commercial advertising, and documentary filmmaking. This Quotation Estimate outlines the complete scope of work, deliverables, and associated costs for the production of a 12-minute corporate brand film and a series of 30-second social media clips for Tenge International Holdings LLP.

Our Videographer team, led by a senior cinematographer with over twelve years of experience shooting across the landscapes and urban environments of Kazakhstan Almaty, will ensure that every frame captures the vibrancy and professionalism your brand represents. The production will take place primarily in the city of Almaty, with potential location shoots in the surrounding areas including the Medeu ski resort, the Green Bazaar, and the Almaty Financial District, all within the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan region.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability and market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of all edited materials. All payments shall be made in tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Visual Media Productions.
The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule shooting dates in the event of adverse weather conditions, particularly for outdoor and aerial segments in the Kazakhstan Almaty region. Rescheduling will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Almaty Visual Media Productions retains the right to include selected stills and a 15-second excerpt in its portfolio for promotional purposes, subject to client approval.
Any additional shooting days, extra locations beyond the agreed Kazakhstan Almaty city perimeter, or scope changes beyond the initial brief will be billed at the daily rate of 1,200,000 KZT per day and require a written change order signed by both parties.
This Quotation Estimate does not include travel, accommodation, or per diem costs for the Videographer crew if the production extends beyond the Almaty metropolitan area into other regions of Kazakhstan.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court.
The Videographer and all crew members will carry professional liability insurance valid throughout the duration of the production in Kazakhstan Almaty.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Kazakhstan Almaty. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
