- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
- Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable upon final delivery of all edited materials and raw footage.
- All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the account of Kenya Nairobi Visual Media Productions Ltd. as stated on the official invoice.
- The Videographer team shall arrive at the agreed location in Kenya Nairobi no later than one (1) hour before the scheduled filming start time. Any delays caused by the client beyond thirty (30) minutes may incur an overtime charge of KES 5,000 per hour.
- All intellectual property rights to the final edited video and raw footage shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Our Videographer retains the right to display the work in our professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- Weather-related disruptions during outdoor filming in Kenya Nairobi shall be rescheduled at no additional cost, provided the reschedule occurs within fourteen (14) days of the original date.
- Any additional services, extended shooting hours, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties before execution. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for such additions.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. The final service agreement will be issued upon acceptance.
- Our Videographer team is fully insured for equipment and public liability in accordance with Kenyan law. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nairobi, Kenya.
