This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to RM 28,053.00, is required to secure the Videographer team and schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable upon final delivery of all approved video assets. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to PixelFrame Media Sdn. Bhd., Maybank, Account No. 5123-4567-8901, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or revised deliverables beyond the three (3) included revisions will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately. The Videographer and all crew members are fully insured under a comprehensive public liability policy. All raw footage and project files remain the intellectual property of PixelFrame Media Sdn. Bhd. until full payment is received, after which all rights transfer to the client.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, before resorting to litigation. The client acknowledges that shooting in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur may be subject to weather conditions, public holidays, or municipal restrictions, and reasonable schedule adjustments may be made with mutual consent.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
