The Videographer services described herein are intended to support the client's corporate branding campaign, product launch event, and internal training documentation. All production activities will be conducted within the metropolitan area of Mexico, Mexico City, including but not limited to the boroughs of Benito Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Miguel Hidalgo, and Coyoacán.

The Videographer engagement encompasses the following professional services, all to be performed in Mexico, Mexico City:

• Pre-Production Planning: The Videographer team will conduct on-site location scouting across Mexico City, develop shot lists, create storyboards, and coordinate scheduling with the client's project managers. This phase includes two (2) in-person meetings at the client's offices in Polanco, Mexico City.
• Principal Photography & Videography: A minimum of five (5) full production days in Mexico, Mexico City, capturing 4K UHD footage using cinema-grade cameras, professional lighting rigs, and audio recording equipment. The Videographer will be accompanied by a dedicated camera operator, a gaffer, and a sound technician.
• Drone Aerial Footage: Two (2) hours of licensed aerial videography over designated locations in Mexico City, in compliance with the Mexican Federal Aviation Authority (AFAC) regulations and local permits obtained by the Videographer's production company.
• Post-Production & Editing: The Videographer will deliver a fully edited master video (up to 12 minutes), three (3) social media cuts (30 seconds each), and a 90-second teaser reel. Color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and subtitle integration in both Spanish and English are included.
• Deliverables & Archiving: All raw footage, project files, and final renders will be delivered via secure cloud transfer. A physical 4K UHD Blu-ray archive will be shipped to the client's Mexico City headquarters.

The following Quotation Estimate details all costs associated with the Videographer services. All amounts are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are inclusive of 16% Value Added Tax (IVA) as mandated by the Mexican tax authority (SAT).

The Videographer production schedule in Mexico, Mexico City is structured as follows:

• Week 1 (June 16 – 20, 2025): Pre-production meetings, location scouting, and permit acquisition in Mexico City.
• Week 2 (June 23 – 27, 2025): Principal photography and drone videography across five production days in Mexico City.
• Weeks 3 – 5 (June 30 – July 18, 2025): Post-production, editing, color grading, and client review cycles.
• Week 6 (July 21 – 25, 2025): Final revisions, delivery of all Videographer outputs, and project closeout.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (MXN 211,120.00) is due within five (5) business days to secure the Videographer's schedule. The remaining 60% balance shall be invoiced upon delivery of the final edited master and is payable within fifteen (15) business days.

All Videographer services will be performed in strict compliance with the Federal Labor Law of Mexico (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and the applicable data protection regulations (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares). The Videographer and all crew members will carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MXN 5,000,000.00.

Any changes to the scope of work, additional production days, or modifications to the deliverables must be approved in writing by both parties and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate. The Videographer reserves the right to reschedule production days in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Mexico City, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures.

Intellectual property rights for all final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include selected still frames and a 15-second excerpt in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to the client's prior written consent.
