As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Videographer services in Morocco Casablanca shall be structured as follows:

• 40% advance payment (MAD 136,560) due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and before pre-production commences.
• 35% progress payment (MAD 119,490) due upon completion of principal photography.
• 25% final payment (MAD 85,350) due upon delivery and client approval of the final edited video.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atelier Lumière Média, Casablanca, Morocco. Invoices will be issued in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) in accordance with Moroccan tax regulations.

5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability, crew scheduling, and market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.

5.2 Revisions: The post-production phase includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles will be billed at MAD 4,500 per round. The Videographer reserves the right to request a brief written summary of changes for each revision round.

5.3 Deliverables: The final deliverables include one (1) master file in 4K resolution (ProRes 422 HQ), one (1) compressed version for web/social media (H.264, 1080p), and one (1) vertical cut for mobile platforms. 5.5 Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation by the client after the advance payment has been received will result in forfeiture of the 40% deposit.
