As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a 40% advance deposit (MMK 2,681,700) is due upon acceptance of this document to secure the Videographer team's schedule in Myanmar Yangon. The remaining 60% balance (MMK 4,022,550) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the client's written approval of the final edited video deliverables. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability and market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
• The Videographer team shall arrive at the designated filming location in Myanmar Yangon no later than one (1) hour before the scheduled start time as confirmed in the production schedule.
• Weather-related delays (monsoon season considerations in Yangon) may necessitate rescheduling. The Videographer crew will communicate any such changes at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
• All raw footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Golden Pagoda Media Productions retains the right to use select clips in its portfolio with prior written consent.
• Any additional filming days, locations, or services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and require written approval before execution.
• The Videographer is responsible for all equipment insurance and professional liability coverage during the production period in Myanmar Yangon.
• Two (2) rounds of revision on the edited video are included. Additional revisions will be charged at MMK 150,000 per round.
