The project will be executed primarily in Nepal Kathmandu, with potential location shoots in Patan, Bhaktapur, and the Kathmandu Valley heritage sites. Approximate USD Equivalent: USD 4,300 (at prevailing exchange rate of 1 USD = 134 NPR).
- Advance Payment (50%): NPR 288,715 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- Mid-Project Payment (30%): NPR 173,229 – Due upon completion of all shooting days in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Final Payment (20%): NPR 115,486 – Due upon delivery of the final edited video and all digital assets.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised due to equipment rental fluctuations or crew availability in Nepal Kathmandu.
- All rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of the Videographer's professional fees, equipment usage, and standard crew costs. Any additional shooting days beyond the three (3) days specified will be charged at NPR 45,000 per day for the Lead Videographer and NPR 25,000 per day for the Assistant.
- The Videographer team will operate within the Kathmandu Valley. Travel to locations outside the valley (e.g., Pokhara, Chitwan, or the Himalayan foothills) will incur additional transportation and accommodation costs, to be quoted separately.
- Client is responsible for obtaining any model release forms for individuals appearing on camera. Our Videographer will assist in coordinating these during the shoot in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the post-production phase. Additional revision rounds will be billed at NPR 10,000 per round.
- Ownership of the final video content transfers to the client upon full and final payment. Our studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, or severe weather common in the Kathmandu Valley monsoon season), shooting schedules may be rescheduled without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is signed by both parties.
