This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Visual Media Productions Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by Zenith Corporate Events Ltd. for professional Videographer services to be deployed and executed within the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria Abuja. As a seasoned Videographer team with over twelve years of experience covering corporate events, weddings, product launches, and institutional ceremonies across Nigeria Abuja, we propose the following scope of work for the Zenith Corporate Events Ltd. anniversary celebration scheduled for 28 June 2025 at the Centenary Hall, Abuja:
- Pre-production planning meeting and location scouting within the Abuja city limits.
- Full-day on-site videography coverage (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM) by a lead Videographer and two (2) assistant camera operators.
- Multi-camera setup (minimum three (3) 4K cinema cameras) capturing wide shots, medium shots, and close-ups.

Amount in words: Two Million, Two Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand Naira Only. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing 7.5% rate applicable in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria Abuja.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Videographer services in Nigeria Abuja.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to NGN 1,137,500, is required to secure the Videographer team and equipment. The balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be due within seven (7) business days of final deliverable handover.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account: Apex Visual Media Productions Ltd., Zenith Bank, Account No. 1012-3456-7890, Branch: Wuse II, Abuja.
- The Videographer team shall arrive at the venue no later than 9:00 AM on the event day for setup and sound checks.
- Raw footage and project files shall be retained by Apex Visual Media Productions Ltd. for a period of ninety (90) days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or extended post-production requirements will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to execution.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja, FCT.
- Apex Visual Media Productions Ltd. shall carry comprehensive public liability insurance covering all Videographer personnel and equipment while operating in Nigeria Abuja.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of Apex Visual Media Productions Ltd. as Videographer for the stated event in Nigeria Abuja.
