As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Videographer services shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 50% (NGN 1,606,319) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer's schedule. The remaining 50% (NGN 1,606,319) shall be payable within seven (7) business days of final delivery of all video assets. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Lagos Visual Media Productions Ltd. No work by the Videographer will commence until the initial deposit has been received and confirmed.
The Videographer engagement is projected to span a total of twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of contract execution. Pre-production activities will be completed within the first five (5) days. Principal photography in Nigeria Lagos is scheduled for Day 6. Post-production, including editing, colour grading, and motion graphics, will be completed by Day 20. Final delivery of all video files to the client will occur no later than Day 21. Any delays attributable to client-side revisions beyond two (2) rounds will be subject to additional charges as outlined in the master service agreement.
Important Notice: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry. All Videographer services are subject to the terms and conditions of the master service agreement. The Videographer reserves the right to reschedule in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in Nigeria Lagos, government-mandated shutdowns, or equipment failure beyond reasonable control. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties.
By accepting this Quotation Estimate, the client acknowledges that all footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Lagos Visual Media Productions Ltd. until full payment has been received. The Videographer shall maintain professional conduct at all times during operations in Nigeria Lagos and shall comply with all local regulations, including but not limited to Lagos State filming permits and NCAA drone operation guidelines.
This Quotation Estimate is hereby accepted and authorised by the undersigned parties. Upon signature, the Videographer engagement shall proceed in accordance with the scope, timeline, and financial terms detailed herein.
