This Quotation Estimate covers the engagement of a senior Videographer and a supporting crew of four (4) technicians for a three-day production shoot scheduled across multiple locations within the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan area, including but not limited to the Margalla Hills foothills, the Rawalpindi Industrial Estate, and the client's designated studio facility in DHA Phase 6. The Videographer will be responsible for all camera operation, framing, lighting coordination, and on-set direction of the filming crew. Post-production services including color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery in 4K resolution are also included within this estimate.

In accordance with standard industry practice for Videographer engagements in Pakistan Islamabad, the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed as follows:

• Advance (50%): PKR 695,610 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the commencement of pre-production planning.
• Mid-Production (25%): PKR 347,805 – Payable on the second day of the shoot, upon satisfactory review of Day 1 footage by the client's representative.
• Final Balance (25%): PKR 347,805 – Payable within seven (7) business days of delivery of the final edited master file and all associated media assets.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account held at HBL, Blue Area Branch, Islamabad, Pakistan. Cheques are not accepted for this engagement.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised estimate after the validity period will be subject to re-evaluation of current market rates for Videographer services in Pakistan Islamabad.
• The Videographer and crew shall adhere to all local regulations, including PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) guidelines for drone operations and local municipal permits for filming in public spaces within Islamabad.
• Weather-related delays (monsoon conditions common in Islamabad) may necessitate rescheduling. In such cases, no additional charges will apply for one (1) rescheduled day; subsequent days will be billed at the daily rate specified above.
• All raw footage, project files, and final deliverables shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment.
• Apex Visual Media Productions shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to political unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed curfews in the Pakistan Islamabad region.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
• This estimate does not include client-side expenses such as talent fees, wardrobe, props, or catering for the production crew.

• One (1) final edited video, 4K UHD (3840×2160), H.265 codec, up to 10 minutes in duration.
• One (1) social media cutdown (16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios), 2 minutes in duration.
• Full-resolution raw footage archive delivered on a 1TB external SSD drive.
• Project files (DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro) for future re-editing by the client's in-house team.
• High-resolution stills (minimum 50 frames) extracted from the shoot for promotional use.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Videographer team for the specified project in Pakistan Islamabad.
