The purpose of this Quotation Estimate is to provide the client with a transparent, itemized breakdown of all costs associated with engaging a professional Videographer for the production of high-quality video content. All pricing is denominated in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and includes applicable taxes as mandated by the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru.

The professional Videographer team assigned to this project in Peru Lima will deliver the following services as outlined in this Quotation Estimate:

3.1 Pre-Production Phase

The Videographer will conduct a site reconnaissance at the client's venue in San Isidro, Peru Lima, no fewer than five (5) business days prior to the event. This includes evaluating lighting conditions, identifying optimal camera positions, reviewing the event run-of-show, and coordinating with the client's event planner. A detailed shot list and production timeline will be delivered to the client for approval.

3.2 Production Phase (Event Day)

On the day of the event, a team of two (2) professional Videographer operators will be on-site from 13:00 hrs for equipment setup and calibration. The primary Videographer will operate a Sony FX6 cinema camera with 4K resolution capability, while the secondary operator will manage a Sony A7S III for B-roll and candid coverage. Additional equipment includes a DJI Ronin 4D gimbal stabilizer, a set of Sennheiser wireless lavalier and shotgun microphones, and a portable LED lighting kit. The Videographer team will capture all keynote speeches, panel discussions, product demonstrations, audience reactions, and ambient atmosphere throughout the full eight-hour event in Peru Lima.

3.3 Post-Production Phase

Within fourteen (14) business days following the event, the Videographer will deliver the following edited content: one (1) highlight reel (3–5 minutes), one (1) full-length event recording (unabridged), and three (3) social media clips (30–60 seconds each, vertically formatted). All deliverables will be color-graded, audio-mixed, and exported in 4K UHD (3840x2160) MP4 format at 24fps, with 1080p versions provided for web distribution. This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment terms. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within ten (10) business days following the delivery of the final edited content by the Videographer. Any additional hours of coverage beyond the eight (8) hours specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the rate of PEN 450.00 per hour per Videographer. Travel to locations outside the Lima metropolitan area (including but not limited to Callao, Huaral, or Huacho) will incur an additional transportation surcharge to be quoted separately.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the formal Service Agreement.
• The Videographer retains the right to use up to two (2) short clips (under 15 seconds) from the event for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• All intellectual property rights to the final edited deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains ownership of raw footage unless a separate raw-footage purchase is agreed upon.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Peru Lima), the Videographer reserves the right to reschedule the event without penalty. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of the judicial district of Lima, Peru.
• The Videographer carries professional liability insurance with a coverage limit of PEN 500,000.00, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Peru Lima.
