The following Quotation Estimate covers a comprehensive videography package tailored for a full-day event production in the Philippines Manila area. Our lead Videographer, supported by a dedicated crew, will handle all aspects of video capture, on-site direction, and post-production editing. The services include but are not limited to: multi-camera event coverage, aerial drone footage (subject to Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines clearance), cinematic B-roll capture, live interview segments, and a professionally edited highlight reel delivered within fourteen (14) business days of the event date.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the validity period, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability and market conditions in the Philippines Manila production sector.
2. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required to secure the Videographer team and equipment booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within five (5) business days following the delivery of the final edited video.
3. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Lumina Visual Productions account at BDO Unibank, Makati City, Philippines Manila. Official receipts will be issued upon receipt of payment.
4. The Videographer crew will arrive at the designated venue in Philippines Manila no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled start of the event for setup, sound checks, and lighting assessment.
5. Any additional hours beyond the ten (10) hours covered in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at PHP 5,000.00 per hour for the lead Videographer and PHP 3,000.00 per hour for the assistant.
6. Drone operations in the Philippines Manila area are subject to prior approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). In the event of a no-fly restriction on the day of the event, the drone line item shall be credited back to the client.
7. Raw footage and the final edited video are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Lumina Visual Productions reserves the right to include a thirty-second (30-second) excerpt in its portfolio and promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, government-issued curfews, or public health emergencies affecting the Philippines Manila area, may result in rescheduling at no additional cost to the client.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not include venue permits, talent fees, music licensing, or third-party location access fees. These shall be arranged and paid for separately by the client.
