This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Al Rayyan Visual Productions LLC in response to the formal request from Al Jazeera Media Group for professional Videographer services to be executed across multiple high-profile locations in Qatar Doha. The engagement covers the complete production cycle, including pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, color grading, sound mixing, and final delivery of all video assets in the formats and resolutions specified by the client.
Our lead Videographer, a certified professional with over twelve years of experience covering corporate events, cultural festivals, and government initiatives throughout the State of Qatar, will be the primary point of contact and creative director for this project. The Videographer team will operate in full compliance with all local media regulations enforced by the Ministry of Culture and Sports in Qatar Doha, including obtaining all necessary filming permits for restricted or semi-restricted zones.

In accordance with standard commercial practice for Videographer engagements in Qatar Doha, the total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be settled as follows:
- 50% Advance Payment (QAR 53,970.00): Due within 5 business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. This deposit secures the Videographer team, equipment reservation, and permit applications.
- 30% Progress Payment (QAR 32,382.00): Due upon completion of all on-site filming days (by 25 July 2025).
- 20% Final Payment (QAR 21,588.00): Due upon client sign-off of the final deliverables and receipt of raw footage drives (by 15 August 2025).
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Al Rayyan Visual Productions LLC, Bank of Qatar, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, SWIFT: BQTRQADQ. Invoices will be issued in Qatari Riyal and will include the applicable 5% VAT as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to equipment availability, crew scheduling, or changes in permit fees within Qatar Doha.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule shooting days in the event of extreme weather conditions (sandstorms, excessive heat exceeding 50°C) or government-issued restrictions, with no additional charge to the client.
- All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to use short clips (not exceeding 15 seconds) for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- The client agrees to provide a safe working environment, access to required locations, and any additional personnel or props not listed in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or extra deliverables beyond those specified herein will be documented in a written change order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Doha Commercial Court or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration under the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
- Confidentiality: All footage, scripts, and client information obtained during the Videographer engagement in Qatar Doha shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon countersignature and receipt of the advance payment.
