This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Videographer services listed herein are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Russia Moscow.
All prices are quoted in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20% as per the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
The Videographer and all crew members will comply with all local regulations, filming permits, and municipal requirements applicable to the city of Russia Moscow. Any additional permits required by the client for specific locations (e.g., Red Square, Gorky Park, Kremlin grounds) shall be arranged and funded by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer team's schedule. The remaining 50% is due within seven (7) business days following the final delivery of all video assets.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Capitol Visual Media LLC. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Russian accounting standards (PBU 18/02).
The Videographer team guarantees a minimum of 5 business days for post-production delivery of the edited highlight reel. Rush delivery (48-hour turnaround) is available at an additional 40% surcharge on the post-production line item.
All raw and edited footage remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Capitol Visual Media LLC retains the right to use up to 30 seconds of footage in its own portfolio and promotional materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the shoot.
Weather-related delays or force majeure events affecting filming in Russia Moscow will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The Videographer team will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within a 14-day window at no additional cost.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Any modifications to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction vested in the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
