- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability and market conditions in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (340,800 RUB) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% (340,800 RUB) shall be settled within ten (10) business days following delivery of the final edited video deliverable. Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Neva Visual Productions LLC, Sberbank, BIC: 044030643, Account: 40702810400000012345.
- Schedule & Location: All Videographer services will be performed at the client-designated location(s) within the administrative boundaries of Russia Saint Petersburg. Should the client request filming outside the city limits (e.g., Pushkin, Gatchina, or Lomonosov), additional travel surcharges will apply as per a supplementary agreement.
- Permits & Compliance: The Videographer team is responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits from the Saint Petersburg City Administration and, where applicable, Rosaviatsia for aerial operations. The client agrees to provide access to private or restricted locations and to facilitate any required site-specific permissions.
- Deliverables: The final deliverable shall include one (1) master video file in 4K UHD (3840×2160, H.265, 24 fps), one (1) compressed version for social media (1080p, H.264), and all project source files (EDL, project files) upon full payment. Delivery format: secure cloud link or physical SSD, at the client's preference.
- Revisions: The post-production phase includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles will be billed at 15,000 RUB per round.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, government-mandated restrictions, or other force majeure events affecting operations in Russia Saint Petersburg. Affected days will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the finished video content transfer to the client. Neva Visual Productions LLC retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed separately.
- Insurance: The Videographer crew and all equipment are covered under a comprehensive professional liability and equipment insurance policy valid throughout the Russian Federation.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil law of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved by the Arbitration Court of the City of Saint Petersburg.
