3. Project Timeline
The Videographer engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh is scheduled as follows:

4. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, equipment availability, or regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; 50% balance due upon delivery of the final edited video. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- The Videographer team shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian laws, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Law, the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, and the regulations issued by the General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM).
- All footage, raw and edited, shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The service provider retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or revised deliverables beyond the agreed specifications will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before execution.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellation more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot incurs a 20% fee. Cancellation within 14 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation on the day of the shoot incurs a 100% fee.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions in Riyadh, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies, shall exempt both parties from liability and allow for rescheduling without penalty.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The governing law for any disputes shall be the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh.
