- All footage, raw and edited, becomes the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
- Any additional shooting days, extended post-production revisions beyond the two included rounds, or last-minute location changes within Senegal Dakar will be billed at the daily rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- The Videographer and crew are responsible for all professional insurance, equipment maintenance, and compliance with local filming regulations in Senegal Dakar, including ANACI drone permits and municipal location permits.
- In the event of force majeure (severe weather, civil disruption, or government-mandated shutdowns in Senegal Dakar), the production schedule may be postponed without penalty to either party. This Quotation Estimate will be re-validated for a further thirty days.
