The purpose of this Quotation Estimate is to provide the client with a transparent, itemised breakdown of all fees, equipment charges, post-production costs, and any additional services that may be required to deliver a complete, broadcast-quality video package. All pricing is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and is inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% as mandated by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).

The Videographer team will commence pre-production meetings within five (5) business days of contract acceptance. Principal photography is scheduled over two (2) consecutive days at the client's designated locations within South Africa Cape Town. Post-production, including editing, colour grading, audio post, and motion graphics, will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final day of filming. The client will receive two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Final deliverables will be supplied via secure cloud download link and, upon request, on a physical 4TB SSD drive.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, all rates will be subject to re-confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the Videographer team's schedule and to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final edited video.
All payments are to be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the company bank account. Invoices will be issued in accordance with South African tax regulations.
The Videographer and production crew are covered by comprehensive public liability insurance (R 5,000,000) and professional indemnity insurance. The client is responsible for any third-party location fees not included in this estimate.
Intellectual property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the sole property of the client. Atlantic Visuals & Media retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio and showreel, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Weather or force majeure: In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor filming in South Africa Cape Town (e.g., severe wind, heavy rainfall), the Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule affected shooting days at no additional cost to the client, subject to mutual agreement on new dates.
Any additional services, extended filming hours, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and additional fees at the rates specified herein.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Cape Town, Western Cape.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Videographer services to be delivered in South Africa Cape Town. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
