The scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate covers a three-day production engagement in and around South Africa Johannesburg, including but not limited to the city centre, Sandton, Rosebank, and the surrounding industrial and residential suburbs. Upon completion of the production and post-production phases, the client will receive the following deliverables as part of this Quotation Estimate engagement:

One (1) fully edited, colour-graded, and sound-mixed master video file (up to 10 minutes) in 4K UHD (3840×2160) H.265 format.
One (1) social media cut-down version (60 seconds) optimised for vertical and horizontal platforms.
One (1) behind-the-scenes sizzle reel (90 seconds).
Raw footage archive (all camera cards) delivered on a 2TB external SSD within five (5) business days of the final shoot date in South Africa Johannesburg.
Full commercial usage rights for a period of twenty-four (24) months, valid across all digital and broadcast media within South Africa and internationally.

Important Conditions Governing This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to equipment rental market fluctuations or exchange rate changes affecting imported gear.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, i.e., ZAR 100,280.00, is required to secure the Videographer's schedule and confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) business days of project completion.
All payments are to be made in South African Rand (ZAR) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account details provided on the official invoice. Cheques are not accepted.
The Videographer and production team will adhere to all applicable South African labour laws, health and safety regulations, and the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) drone operating guidelines when filming in Johannesburg.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional shoot days, or extended post-production requirements beyond the parameters stated in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and require written client approval before execution.
Weather-related delays during outdoor shoots in South Africa Johannesburg will be rescheduled at no additional cost, provided the reschedule occurs within fourteen (14) days of the original date.
Intellectual property of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon full and final payment. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to production.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.

Additional Notes

Please note that this Quotation Estimate assumes standard business-hour filming (08:00–17:00) with a two-hour lunch break. Any work performed outside these hours, on public holidays, or on weekends within South Africa Johannesburg will attract an overtime rate of 1.5× the standard daily rate. Location-specific permits (e.g., filming in the Johannesburg CBD, on private property, or in restricted areas) are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated. Our Videographer team will, however, assist with all permit applications and liaison with the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality at no additional charge.
