As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Videographer services in South Korea Seoul shall be structured as follows:
- 50% deposit (12,155,000 KRW) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 30% milestone payment (7,293,000 KRW) due upon completion of principal photography (end of Day 5).
- 20% final payment (4,862,000 KRW) due upon delivery of final edited masters and raw footage.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Seoul Visual Media Co., Ltd. Payment is due within 10 business days of invoice issuance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for Videographer services in South Korea Seoul are subject to re-evaluation.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or changes to production locations within South Korea Seoul must be approved in writing by both parties and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- The Videographer team shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor laws, data protection regulations (PIPA), and local filming permit requirements in Seoul.
- Intellectual property of all final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of the final payment. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting South Korea Seoul, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
