This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Iberia Visual Media S.L. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Videographer services to be delivered within the city of Spain Madrid and its surrounding metropolitan area. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, associated costs, timelines, and terms under which our Videographer team will execute the agreed-upon video production project. All pricing contained within this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Euros (EUR) and is inclusive of applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA) at the current rate of 21%, unless otherwise stated.
We understand that selecting the right Videographer for a project based in Spain Madrid requires careful consideration of local knowledge, technical capability, and logistical coordination. This Quotation Estimate is designed to give you full confidence in the value and quality of the services we propose to deliver.
Our Videographer team will provide end-to-end video production services as detailed below. All filming and post-production work will be conducted primarily in and around Spain Madrid, including but not limited to the following locations: the historic centre (Centro), the Salamanca district, the Retiro Park area, and the business district of Cuatro Vientos. Should the project require travel to other municipalities within the Comunidad de Madrid, additional travel costs will be itemised in this Quotation Estimate.
- Pre-Production: Creative consultation, script development, storyboard design, location scouting across Spain Madrid, and scheduling of the Videographer crew and equipment.
- Production (Filming): On-site video capture by our lead Videographer and support crew using 4K/6K cinema-grade cameras, professional lighting rigs, and high-fidelity audio recording equipment. Estimated filming duration: 3 full days in Spain Madrid.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon written acceptance, the client agrees to the following payment schedule:
- 40% deposit (EUR 8,150.56) due upon signing of the service agreement to secure the Videographer crew and equipment dates in Spain Madrid.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 8,150.56) due upon completion of the production (filming) phase.
- 20% final balance (EUR 4,075.28) due upon delivery and client approval of the final edited video.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN account of Iberia Visual Media S.L. Late payments will incur interest at the rate established under Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de Morosidad).
Subject to client confirmation of this Quotation Estimate, the projected timeline for the Videographer project in Spain Madrid is as follows:
- Week 1–2: Pre-production, scripting, and location finalisation in Spain Madrid.
- Week 3: Principal photography (3 days) with the Videographer crew on location.
- Week 4–6: Post-production, editing, colour grading, and audio mixing.
- Week 7: Client review, revisions, and final delivery of all video assets.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Videographer services described herein are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Iberia Visual Media S.L., which are available upon request. Any changes to the scope of work, additional filming days, or requests for extra deliverables beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation. All footage and final deliverables become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Iberia Visual Media S.L. retains the right to use behind-the-scenes material for its own portfolio, provided no confidential client information is disclosed. This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
