This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule: a non-refundable deposit of 40% (EUR 8,615.20) is due upon acceptance of this document to secure the Videographer's availability and the specified shoot dates in Spain Valencia. The remaining 60% (EUR 12,922.80) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the delivery of the final edited master files. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Levante Visual Media S.L. (IBAN: ES21 0049 0001 5520 0000 0000). Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004).
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in equipment costs, crew availability, or municipal regulations in Spain Valencia.
5.2 The Videographer reserves the right to reschedule filming by up to 48 hours in the event of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor or aerial shots in the Valencia region. Rescheduling will not incur additional charges.
5.3 All footage captured by the Videographer during the engagement in Spain Valencia shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include selected stills and short clips in their professional portfolio, subject to prior written consent from the client.
5.4 The Videographer shall comply with all applicable Spanish data protection regulations (RGPD / GDPR) regarding the capture of identifiable individuals during filming in public spaces in Valencia.
5.5 Any additional services, extended shooting hours, or changes to the agreed scope in Spain Valencia will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Videographer and accepted in writing by the client before execution.
