Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to equipment costs, crew availability, or changes in Tanzania Dar es Salaam municipal regulations.
- A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer's schedule. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final edited files.
- All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to BlueSavanna Media Productions Ltd., National Bank of Commerce, Account No. 0045-2211-8890, Dar es Salaam branch.
- The Videographer and crew will operate in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Republic of Tanzania, including the Tanzania Film Commission guidelines for commercial filming in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Client is responsible for providing access to all filming locations, coordinating with property managers, and ensuring that all necessary permissions for filming on private premises in Tanzania Dar es Salaam are obtained prior to the shoot date.
- BlueSavanna Media Productions Ltd. retains the right to use a maximum of ten (10) seconds of footage in its own portfolio and promotional materials, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- Any additional filming days, location changes, or scope modifications beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
- Weather-related delays (e.g., heavy rains common in Tanzania Dar es Salaam during certain months) may necessitate rescheduling. The Videographer will notify the client at least 24 hours in advance, and rescheduling will be at no additional cost to the client.
- Deliverables will be provided within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of the final filming day. One round of revisions is included; additional revision rounds will be billed at TZS 200,000 per round.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties and the initial deposit has been received.
