The Videographer team assigned to this project will consist of a Lead Videographer, a Camera Operator, a Sound Technician, and a Post-Production Editor. All services will be executed within the Uganda Kampala metropolitan area and its immediate surroundings, including Entebbe, Wakiso, and Mukono districts, unless otherwise specified in a supplementary agreement.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Uganda Kampala.
2. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer team's schedule. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the completed video project.
3. All payments shall be made in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) via bank transfer to Nile Vision Media Ltd.'s designated account in Kampala, Uganda.
4. The Videographer retains full intellectual property rights over all raw footage until final payment is received in full. Upon payment, the client receives a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the final edited video for the agreed purpose.
5. Any additional filming days, extended editing hours, or scope changes beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be billed at the rates specified in this document or at mutually agreed-upon rates.
6. The Videographer team will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Uganda, including but not limited to the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) guidelines for drone operations and the Uganda Copyright and Performance Rights Act.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in Uganda Kampala, political unrest, or government-imposed restrictions, may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Uganda Kampala. Filming at remote locations outside the Kampala metropolitan area (e.g., Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu) will incur additional travel and accommodation costs, which will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate prior to commencement.
