- Real-time live-streaming feed to the client's corporate intranet and selected social media platforms.
- Post-production editing, color grading, sound mixing, and delivery of a 10-minute highlight reel and a 45-minute full-event documentary cut.

As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 50% Advance Payment (AED 15,015.00): Due upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the Videographer team's availability on the event date.
- 50% Balance (AED 15,015.00): Due within seven (7) business days following delivery of all final edited deliverables.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to Gulf Vision Media LLC, Emirates NBD, Account No. 0025-XXXX-XXXX, SWIFT: EMBAEADXXXX. All amounts are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable 5% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
5. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability and market conditions in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- The Videographer team shall arrive at the venue no later than 07:00 GST on the event date for setup, sound checks, and lighting coordination.
- All aerial drone operations will be conducted in strict compliance with GCAA regulations and the Civil Aviation Authority of Abu Dhabi. The client is responsible for obtaining any additional venue-specific permits required for drone flights over Yas Island.
- Intellectual property rights for all final edited deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to use up to 30 seconds of footage in their own portfolio and marketing materials, subject to the client's written approval.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies in the United Arab Emirates, may necessitate rescheduling. In such cases, the Videographer shall notify the client within 24 hours and no penalty shall apply to either party.
- Any additional hours of coverage beyond the agreed 14-hour window shall be billed at AED 450.00 per hour per Videographer, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This quotation is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
