This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth and transparent working relationship between our Videographer team and your organisation:

50% deposit (£3,462.00 incl. VAT): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the shoot dates and reserve the Videographer crew. Payment is due within 7 working days of the quotation date.
30% progress payment (£2,077.20 incl. VAT): Due on the first day of principal photography in United Kingdom Birmingham.
20% balance (£1,384.80 incl. VAT): Due within 14 working days of delivery of the final edited master and all supplementary cut-downs.

All payments are to be made by BACS transfer to Blackwater Visual Productions Ltd, Sort Code: 12-34-56, Account No: 78901234. Cheques are not accepted. Late payments will incur a charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision due to equipment costs, crew availability, or market conditions in the United Kingdom Birmingham area.
All services described herein will be performed by qualified and insured Videographer professionals operating under the full compliance of UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR 2018) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The Videographer and crew will adhere to all health and safety regulations, including but not limited to the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, during all on-site activities in United Kingdom Birmingham and any other agreed locations.
Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary location permits, licences, and third-party releases (including model releases for any identifiable individuals) prior to the shoot date. Our Videographer team will provide guidance and templates where appropriate.
Drone operations will be conducted in strict compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and the Air Navigation Order 2016. Flights will only proceed in suitable weather conditions and within approved airspace in the United Kingdom Birmingham metropolitan area.
Intellectual property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the edited final deliverables, raw footage, and supplementary materials shall transfer to the client. Blackwater Visual Productions Ltd retains the right to use short excerpts (no longer than 15 seconds) in its own portfolio and marketing materials, subject to prior written notice to the client.
Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in United Kingdom Birmingham.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional shoot days, or extended post-production requirements will be agreed in writing as a variation to this Quotation Estimate and will be billed at the applicable rates stated above or as mutually agreed.

By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to all terms and conditions set out herein. The engagement of Blackwater Visual Productions Ltd as Videographer for the described project in United Kingdom Birmingham shall commence upon receipt of the 50% deposit.
