This Quotation Estimate is prepared by North Manchester Visual Productions Ltd in response to the formal request from Arden & Whitfield Marketing Group Ltd for professional Videographer services to be delivered across the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area. The scope of work encompasses the full production cycle for a corporate brand film, a series of product showcase videos, and supporting social media content packages. All filming, editing, colour grading, and post-production work will be conducted by our senior Videographer team, who are based in Manchester and possess extensive experience in commercial and corporate video production within the United Kingdom.
The Videographer engagement will include pre-production planning meetings held at the client's Manchester offices, on-location filming at up to three (3) sites within the United Kingdom Manchester region, and a dedicated post-production phase at our Deansgate studio facility. The total estimated filming duration is twelve (12) working days, with an additional eight (8) days allocated for editing, sound design, and final delivery.

Terms & Conditions
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in the Videographer team's availability or prevailing market rates in the United Kingdom.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total (i.e., £8,592.00) is required to secure the Videographer team's schedule and confirm the booking. The remaining 60% balance is due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery of all video assets.
3. All filming locations within the United Kingdom Manchester area must be confirmed in writing no fewer than seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled shoot date. Any last-minute location changes may incur additional travel or rescheduling fees at the Videographer's discretion.
4. The Videographer and North Manchester Visual Productions Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or client-side scheduling conflicts. In such cases, filming days will be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to mutual availability.
5. All raw footage, project files, and intermediate renders remain the intellectual property of North Manchester Visual Productions Ltd until full payment has been received. Upon clearance of the final invoice, full ownership and commercial usage rights transfer to the client.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
7. The Videographer team carries full public liability insurance of £10,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of £5,000,000, compliant with all United Kingdom regulatory requirements for commercial video production.
