- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for Videographer services in the United States Los Angeles area.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost, amounting to $7,555.50, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's availability on the specified event date.
- The remaining balance of $7,555.50 shall be due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final delivery of all video deliverables.
- All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Golden Coast Visual Productions until full payment has been received. Upon clearance of the final invoice, all rights to the finished deliverables transfer to the client.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, venue access restrictions, or force majeure events. In such cases, a mutually agreeable alternative date within the United States Los Angeles area will be arranged at no additional cost.
- Any additional hours beyond the quoted 8-hour coverage will be billed at a rate of $450.00 per hour for the lead Videographer and $275.00 per hour for the second operator, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include venue permits, additional crew members, special effects, or third-party music licensing beyond the royalty-free library specified. Any such additions will be quoted separately.
- All work is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Los Angeles County, United States.
- Golden Coast Visual Productions carries general liability insurance of $2,000,000 and workers' compensation coverage as required by California state law for all Videographer personnel operating in the United States Los Angeles jurisdiction.
