The Videographer engagement will follow the schedule below, with all on-site work conducted in the United States Miami area:
- Pre-Production & Planning: June 16 – June 20, 2025 (location scouting, shot lists, permit filings)
- Principal Filming (Promotional Video): June 23 – June 24, 2025 (Miami Beach & property locations)
- Drone Aerial Session: June 25, 2025 (dawn to 10:00 AM, Biscayne Bay corridor)
- Corporate Event Coverage: July 3, 2025 (Miami Convention Center, Hall B)
- Post-Production & Editing: July 4 – July 25, 2025
- Final Delivery & Client Review: July 28, 2025
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to revision after the expiration date without prior notice.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the grand total ($8,754.30) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's schedule and reserve all equipment.
- The remaining 60% balance ($13,131.45) is due within fifteen (15) business days of final deliverable acceptance by the client.
- All filming activities within United States Miami will comply with applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations. The Videographer team carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and full equipment coverage.
- Client retains full ownership of all final video deliverables upon completion of payment. Apex Visual Media Productions reserves the right to include a 10-second credit in the final cut and to use selected footage in its professional portfolio.
- Weather-related delays (hurricane advisories, extreme rain) in the United States Miami area will result in a one-time rescheduling at no additional cost. Cancellations by the client within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot day will incur a 50% fee on the affected day's rate.
- Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes beyond this Quotation Estimate will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, United States Miami.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, agrees to the scope of Videographer services described herein, and authorizes Apex Visual Media Productions to proceed with scheduling and preparation for all work to be performed in United States Miami.
