3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the San Francisco, United States creative services industry.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% ($6,018.10) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's schedule. The remaining 60% ($9,027.16) is due within fifteen (15) business days of final deliverable acceptance.
3.3 Revisions: The post-production phase includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles will be billed at $350.00 per hour for the Videographer editor's time.
3.4 Permits and Locations: Any filming permits required by the City and County of San Francisco, United States, or federal agencies (including FAA for drone operations) shall be coordinated by our Videographer team. Permit fees, if applicable, are included in the travel and logistics line item. If a location requires a special event permit exceeding $500.00, that cost will be passed through at actual expense with prior written client approval.
3.5 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will forfeit the full deposit.
3.6 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables and raw footage ownership transfers to the client. Golden Gate Visual Media LLC retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio and to use stills for marketing purposes within the United States.
3.7 Insurance: Our Videographer team carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and $1,000,000 in professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance, valid throughout the state of California, United States.
3.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting San Francisco, United States operations, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns.
