All production activities will be coordinated from our primary studio located in central Tashkent, with on-location shoots scheduled across the city's industrial, cultural, and commercial districts.

The following Videographer deliverables are included in this Quotation Estimate:

• Pre-Production (5 business days): Creative briefing, storyboard development, shot-list preparation, location scouting within Tashkent, crew scheduling, and equipment procurement. The lead Videographer will conduct a minimum of two (2) on-site location walkthroughs in Uzbekistan Tashkent to confirm lighting conditions, access permissions, and logistical requirements.
• Principal Photography (4 shooting days): Full-day coverage (10 hours per day) using a dual-camera 4K cinema setup (Sony FX6 + Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro), professional lighting kit, wireless audio system, and drone unit (DJI Inspire 3) for aerial establishing shots of Tashkent landmarks and the client's manufacturing facilities.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in equipment rental rates, crew availability, or the prevailing exchange rate in Uzbekistan.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of principal photography; 20% upon final delivery of all masters and the raw footage archive.
3. All Videographer crew members will be legally employed or contracted in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Work permits and insurance coverage are included in the quoted rates.
4. Shooting locations within Uzbekistan Tashkent that require municipal or state permits (e.g., Registan Square, Chorsu Bazaar, industrial zones) will be coordinated by our production office. Any permit fees exceeding UZS 2,000,000 per location will be billed separately with prior written client approval.
5. The client retains full intellectual property rights to all final deliverables upon full payment. The Videographer and production company retain the right to include the project in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 30-day embargo period agreed in writing.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, severe weather affecting drone operations in Tashkent, or civil unrest, will result in a proportional extension of the production timeline without additional cost to either party.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Silk Road Visual Productions LLC to proceed with the Videographer production services described herein, to be carried out in Uzbekistan Tashkent and its surrounding regions, under the terms and conditions stated above.
