Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement; 50% balance due upon final delivery of all video assets.
All Videographer services will be performed in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to the Law on Cinema, the Law on Advertising, and local municipal filming permit requirements in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
The Videographer team is responsible for all equipment insurance, professional liability coverage, and occupational safety during the filming period. The client is responsible for providing safe access to all filming locations.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional filming days, or requests for extra deliverables beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval from both parties.
All intellectual property rights in the final edited video will transfer to the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include selected clips in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's written consent.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City), either party may suspend or reschedule the engagement without penalty, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
