1. Introduction and Scope of Work

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised quotation will be issued reflecting any changes in market rates or crew availability.
- Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost, amounting to USD $6,940.25, is due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable within fourteen (14) days of final delivery of all media assets.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the company account at Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, Harare branch, or by certified cheque drawn on a Zimbabwean commercial bank.
- The Videographer and crew shall be available for a minimum of eight (8) working days as outlined in the schedule. Any additional filming days beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the daily rate specified in this estimate.
- Harare Visual Productions (Pvt) Ltd retains full copyright ownership of all raw footage and intermediate files. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the final edited deliverables for internal and external marketing purposes.
- All filming activities in Zimbabwe Harare and surrounding areas shall comply with the regulations of the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Authority (ZBA) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) where drone operations are involved.
- Force majeure: In the event of government-imposed restrictions, severe weather, or civil unrest in Harare that prevents filming, the project timeline shall be extended accordingly at no additional cost to the client.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement will be drafted and executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
4. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Videographer and production team in Zimbabwe Harare.
